This company has done a outstanding job on my company website - Mr. Epoxy & Paint and the service has been unreal. I purchased a add on service I was confused about and to no fault of there own they refunded my money for the add on service. In business nowadays it’s hard to get what you pay for let alone customer service like this and a company that goes the extra mile. My husband has been a professional painter over 30 years. He prides himself in his high level of work ethic and customer satisfaction. He stays up to date on techniques and finishes. He gives Very detail and accurate appraisals with contracts. At an alarming rate, as he starts to finish the last day or the day before, the client starts nit picking and being disrespectful towards his work when every day prior to that, they were very pleased, as he request ongoing satisfaction throughout the job. Then they don't to want pay remaining balance, bicker about final cost, or stop payment. He has a crew he has to pay whether the customer does or doesn't honor the contract as well as our own household expenses. Wasted time ,labor, money and effort lost. Now how do we fix this? Remind yourself and clients that a contract is based on honor.
While preparing your home for painting, we will be carefully working on and inspecting every inch of your home. Sometimes additional rotted wood is found after removing peeling paint or siding. If any additional damage is found, we will communicate what we find, along with solutions and pricing options. An example of items that may be found while working on your home could be rotten or soft siding or windows, wood-pecker damage, sub-structure damage, etc. We prefer to let the customer know of any issues rather than just painting over them or covering them up. Ideally, the people altering your home’s look will be enthusiastic about the task rather than jaded and burnt out. Find out from your references what kind of attitude the company’s workers displayed, and whether they behaved professionally. Also ask whether the crew stayed on schedule, and whether they arrived early each day, did their work, and got out of there.
